At The Cipher House, every investigation case is a one-time experience — and like any good mystery, once it's opened, the adventure has already begun.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This is because our cases contain sealed clues, documents, and evidence that lose their integrity once opened.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received? If your case arrives physically damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video and your order number. We'll send a replacement digital case.

Digital Products Any downloadable content or digital cases are non-refundable once accessed.

Why This Policy? Mystery cases are experiential products. A returned case compromises the experience for the next customer — and we take the integrity of every investigation seriously.
